El Fiscal solicitó que De la Torre quede detenido

El Bioquímico fue aprehendido el jueves por la tarde tras un escándalo que incluyó amenazas y destrozos de un vehículo.

Continúa el escándalo alrededor de Carlos De la Torre. El fiscal Damonte, solicitó que el Bioquímico quede detenido en el marco de una causa en la que se lo acusa de “Daños, Coacción y Amenazas" contra su ex pareja. 
 
Según declaraciones de las víctimas en sede policial, todo comenzó el martes por la tarde cuando De la Torre llegó a la casa de su ex pareja y rompió partes de un auto que estaba estacionado. El vehículo pertenece a la actual pareja de la mujer que fue pareja del Bioquímico en el pasado. 
 
En la confrontación entre De la torre y su ex pareja, según declararon los testigos hubo insultos, amenazas verbales y hasta llegó a sacar un bate de beisbol de forma violenta. 
 
El Fiscal Damonte tomó declaración al imputado y se solicitó al Juez Rizzo que De la Torre quede detenido en la Comisaría 1ra. Rizzo definirá durante el día de hoy como seguirá la situación del Bioquímico.
