Solicitan la inhabilitación para conducir de L-Gante

Se mostró en redes usando el celular mientras manejaba y además no llevaba puesto el cinturón de seguridad.

Luego de la viralización de un video en redes sociales y su difusión en los medios de comunicación, la Agencia Nacional de Seguridad Vial (ANSV) solicitó la inhabilitación para conducir de Elián Valenzuela, más conocido como L-Gante. En las imágenes publicadas se observa al cantante manejando una camioneta mientras usa el celular y sin llevar puesto el cinturón de seguridad.

El pedido fue remitido a las autoridades competentes de la provincia de Buenos Aires, donde L-Gante tiene radicada su licencia de conducir, para que el cantante realice un nuevo examen psicofísico que determine si es apto para manejar vehículos en la vía pública.

La Ley Nacional de Tránsito (Nº 24.449) prohíbe el uso del celular al conducir y establece como obligatorio utilizar el cinturón de seguridad, considerando una falta grave no cumplir con esta normativa.
