Nueva edición de “Cañuelas, Mi Lugar”

El próximo lunes comienza la inscripción para la adquisición de lotes al 50% del precio de mercado.

Este lunes 11 de septiembre comenzará la inscripción para acceder al programa de acceso al suelo urbano “Cañuelas, mi lugar”, que permite a familias de Cañuelas la adquisición de un lote con servicios a un valor de aproximadamente el 50% del precio de mercado.

 

La inscripción se extenderá hasta el martes 26 septiembre, y próximamente se dará a conocer la fecha del sorteo de los lotes que el Municipio ofrecerá en esta etapa.

 

Dichos lotes forman parte del banco de tierras que el estado municipal posee en las localidades Santa María I, Santa María II, Udaondo, El Taladro, Uribelarrea, B°Belgrano y San Ignacio.

 

Es importante destacar que sólo podrán participar del Programa vecinos con una antigüedad mínima de 8 años en el partido de Cañuelas.

 

Para informes e inscripción deben acercarse a la Dirección de Tierras (25 de Mayo 662), de lunes a viernes de 8.30 a 14.30 horas.
